What we build
Most web work falls into a few buckets, and the first conversation is usually about which one you actually need.
- Business websites: marketing sites for shops, clinics, colleges, manufacturers and professional firms, built to load fast on a mobile connection and to rank for local searches.
- Web platforms and applications: booking systems, dashboards, marketplaces, SaaS products and internal tools where users log in and do work.
- Customer, student and vendor portals: self-service front ends over your existing data, for order tracking, fee payment, results, documents or support tickets.
- APIs and integrations: REST or GraphQL back ends, and the connectors between your site and payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Stripe), the WhatsApp Business API, SMS, GST e-invoicing and Tally.
- Admin panels: the back office behind any of the above, with roles, audit trails and exports.
We build the front end in React or Next.js, the back end in Node.js (usually NestJS), and store data in PostgreSQL or MongoDB. Where a site is mostly content, Next.js static rendering keeps it fast and cheap to host.
Website or web application?
A website tells people about you; a web application does work for them. A site has pages, a contact form and perhaps a catalogue. An application has accounts, permissions, records and workflows. The difference matters for cost and timeline, and we cover it in Website vs web app: what does your business need?.
Performance and search from the start
We treat Core Web Vitals, structured data and clean URLs as part of the build, not an add-on. Pages are server-rendered or statically generated so search engines and AI assistants can read them, images are sized for the device, and third-party scripts are kept to what you actually use. If the site needs to rank locally, we pair it with our digital marketing work.
How a project runs
Every web project follows the eight-step process we use across the company:
- Requirements: we learn how your business runs and what the site or application must do.
- Planning: a roadmap with milestones and the stack that fits.
- Design: wireframes and clickable prototypes, agreed before code is written.
- Development: agile sprints, with a staging link you can open and test each week.
- Testing: functional, device and load testing before anything reaches your users.
- Deployment: launch to your hosting, with DNS, SSL, backups and monitoring set up.
- Training: your team learns the admin panel, with documentation to keep.
- Support: maintenance, security updates and changes for as long as you run it.
For a marketing site the whole cycle is typically four to eight weeks. A web application with accounts and integrations usually takes three to six months, depending on scope.
What it costs
As a rough guide for projects in India:
| Project | Indicative range | Typical timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Business website (5 to 15 pages, CMS) | ₹40,000 to ₹1.5 lakh | 4 to 8 weeks |
| Portal or web application | ₹2 to 10 lakh | 3 to 6 months |
| API or integration work | ₹50,000 to ₹3 lakh | 2 to 8 weeks |
The real figure depends on scope: number of screens, integrations, user roles and how much existing data has to be migrated. We quote fixed prices for defined scopes and time-and-materials for open-ended work, and we say which is which up front. Hosting, domain and third-party fees (payment gateway charges, WhatsApp API costs) are separate and sit on your own accounts.
Why a company in Gondia and Nagpur
If you are in Vidarbha, we can sit in your office for the requirements stage and the training stage, which is where most web projects go wrong when everything is remote. We work Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm IST, so calls and fixes happen in your working day.
For clients elsewhere in India and abroad, the work is delivered remotely with the same weekly staging links and written updates. Our own products, RightSutra and RightYantra, are built and run on the same stack we use for client work, so the hosting, monitoring and security choices we recommend are ones we live with ourselves.
What to check before you hire any web developer
- Who owns the code and the accounts? Domain, hosting, analytics and the repository should be in your name from day one.
- Is there a staging environment you can test on, or do you only see the site at the end?
- How are content changes handled after launch: a CMS you can use, or a phone call and an invoice?
- What happens to performance on a ₹8,000 Android phone on a 4G connection in a tier-3 town? Ask to see a test.
- Are search engine access, structured data and sitemap generation part of the build or a separate quote?

Related work
- Retail point of sale. A local retail chain needed billing, inventory and live sales numbers in one system. We built a POS with inventory tracking, sales analytics and card payments on React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis and the Stripe API.
- Learning platform for 10,000+ students. An educational institution needed a learning system that would scale past ten thousand students. We built an LMS with live video classes, assignment management and progress tracking on Next.js, MongoDB, WebRTC, AWS S3 and Socket.io.
Both are web applications at heart: a browser front end, an API and a database sized for the load. More is on the portfolio.
