Mergeo (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a free, offline puzzle game developed by SailRight Tech. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect (spoiler: none) and how the app works.
Mergeo does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
The app saves your game progress, high scores, and preferences (theme, haptics) locally on your device using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
Mergeo is a fully offline game. It does not require an internet connection to function. No network requests are made during gameplay.
Mergeo is suitable for all ages. Since we collect no data whatsoever, the app complies with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations worldwide. There is no user-generated content, social features, or in-app purchases.
Mergeo requests no special device permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other sensitive device feature.
If we ever update this policy, the changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Since we collect no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
